Executive Department for medical IT-Systems and digitalization
The project is managed by the Executive Department for medical IT-Systems and digitalization at Frankfurt University Hospital. The project management has the task of coordination and communication between the project partners. It is also responsible for continuous monitoring and quality and risk management of the goals and milestones to be achieved.

Das Institut für Medizininformatik übernimmt sowohl die stellvertretende Projektleitung als auch die Leitung der Entwicklung der SATURN-Plattform. Das IMI ist daher im Wesentlichen für die Konzeption und Umsetzung des SATURN-Portals (Basismodul), sowie des KI-Moduls „Diagnoseunterstützung mittels Case-Based Reasoning“ und des Erweiterungsmoduls „Leitlinienbasierte Empfehlungen und Expertenvorschläge“ verantwortlich. Zudem unterstützt das IMI die Stakeholder Analyse sowie die Konzeption und Umsetzung eines konsentierten Datenmodells und die Durchführung der Datenintegration.

The Institute of General Practice is in charge of the stakeholder analysis and the evaluation of the feasibility and usability of the SATURN portal. A major focus is on the involvement of general practitioners for user-centered design.

Institute for Medical Informatics and Biometry, Dresden University of Technology
The Professorship of Medical Informatics at the Institute of Medical Informatics and Biometry (IMB), Medical Faculty of the Dresden University of Technology, is responsible for the conception and implementation of a consented data model and the execution of data integration. The goal is the data modeling and data integration of the clinical data required for the use cases, which represent the data basis for the AI modules.

Fraunhofer Institute for Experimental Software Engineering
The Fraunhofer Institute for Experimental Software Engineering (IESE) is responsible for the development of the AI modules "Diagnostic Support Using Rule-Based Systems" and "Diagnostic Support Using Machine Learning". In this context, IESE is working closely with the other project partners to enable the best possible diagnostic support for undiagnosed diseases.
